Agreement

By using mindstackpoint.digital or engaging Mindstackpoint for LTV analytics services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Mindstackpoint provides consulting and analysis related to application analytics for lifetime value. Descriptions on this website are informational. A separate statement of work or email confirmation defines deliverables, timing, and fees for each engagement.

Informational pricing

Any prices shown on this site are estimates only. They do not constitute an offer to sell and cannot be purchased through an online checkout on this website.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials we create remain our property until assigned in writing. Deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s agreement. You may not scrape, republish, or resell site content without permission.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate access to analytics tools, revenue definitions, and stakeholder availability needed for the agreed scope. Delays in access may shift timelines.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public product and analytics information shared for an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the work, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindstackpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from analytics recommendations. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
