Services described

Pages describing assessments for in-app purchase behavior analysis are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics owned by Mindstackpoint, remains our property. Client data and materials you share for an assessment remain yours. Deliverables we create for a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, or submit unlawful or harmful material through forms.

Liability

Assessments provide professional analysis based on information available at the time. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as revenue increases. To the extent permitted by law, Mindstackpoint’s liability for claims arising from site use is limited to direct damages and capped at fees paid for the related engagement in the preceding three months, or ฿10,000 if no fee was paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page is the current version. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
