Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for advisory sessions, audits, cohort reviews, and offer framing reviews described on this site. This policy does not cover third-party store fees, advertising spend, or software licenses you purchase elsewhere.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests must be sent to hello@mindstackpoint.digital at least five business days before a scheduled kickoff for a full refund of unused prepaid fees, unless work has already begun.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: engagement cancelled before kickoff and before any data intake work, within the timeframe above.
• Partial refund: if kickoff has occurred but the written deliverable is not yet drafted, we may refund unused portions after deducting discovery hours already performed, documented in writing.
• No refund after the final deliverable has been sent or the readout completed, except where required by applicable Thai law.

Non-refundable items

Deposits held to reserve multi-title audit capacity may be non-refundable if you cancel inside five business days of kickoff. Completed advisory session fees are non-refundable once the live session has started.

Process

Email your request with the engagement reference, reason, and preferred refund method. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline any deductions.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, typically within ten business days after approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a kickoff or readout once at no charge with at least three business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the engagement fee.

Deposits, no-shows, and work already started

Missed advisory sessions without notice are treated as delivered. If we have already mapped purchase paths or drafted findings, fees for that work remain due even if you pause the remainder of the engagement.

Materials

We do not purchase physical materials for clients as part of standard assessments. Any agreed third-party data costs will be stated in the scope note and are generally non-refundable once incurred.
